This qualification has been developed for those who are working in any private or public sector working enviroment and providing them with knowledge of basic health and safety practices essential in the workplace.

To complete this qualification learners should expect to undertake approximately 6 hours of learning.

Topics within this qualification include; responsibilities of individuals for health and safety in the workplace, risk assessments and risk control and an understanding of the procedures that should be in place to deal with health and safety incidents.
Assessment method
This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice examination.

It may be that you are required to register as a training provider within the country itself. Highfield approves centres based on its own criteria but does not represent any other organisations or departments.
