As a candidate you will have experience in a quality and compliance role. You will be investigating cases of potential malpractice/maladministration identified during the learner certification processes. You will be responsible for understanding and implementing all internal policies relevant to the Compliance Team. You will analyse course paperwork, documentation and information for potential evidence of malpractice and recording findings, drafting investigation emails/letters and other correspondence as required. You will demonstrate good conflict resolving skills during investigations and be responsible for providing support and guidance to Highfield Centres to assist with their compliance with Highfield and regulatory requirements via phone, email, letter and face-to-face meetings.
You must be able to work independently using initiative and problem-solving skills, as well work as part of a team. A high standard of written and spoken English is a must; Hindi and Urdu language skills are also essential for this role. Previous experience of working with an awarding organisation, a certification body or a training organisation would be extremely advantageous. All applicants should be educated to a degree level, attested certificates will be requested.

Full-time role
The role is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to both new and existing Highfield customers.
We’re looking for an experienced trainer, with technical competence in a safety subject, preferably Health & Safety (min NEBOSH Diploma) who is also willing to upskill in First Aid, Food Safety, and Security, as necessary. In turn, they will apply their expertise and experience to promote our offerings in all the sectors that we operate.
The position aims to drive business growth by playing a key role in identifying and securing new customers and developing new markets, thereby increasing Highfield's market share within the short course and compliance sectors.
