The Qualifications and Quality Executive* will support the development, review, and maintenance of qualifications and assessment materials to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet regulatory and customer requirements.

We’re looking for someone with quality assurance experience and an understanding of curriculum, exams, and exam boards, with strong attention to detail, time management, and written and verbal communication skills. They should be confident using Microsoft Office and relevant systems, and able to work with subject matter experts, centres and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

The role will also support accredited and endorsed programmes, audits, centre visits and continuous improvement activities within the qualifications and compliance functions.

Full-time role

The role is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to both new and existing Highfield customers.

We’re looking for an experienced trainer, with technical competence in a safety subject, preferably Health & Safety (min NEBOSH Diploma) who is also willing to upskill in First Aid, Food Safety, and Security, as necessary.  In turn, they will apply their expertise and experience to promote our offerings in all the sectors that we operate.

The position aims to drive business growth by playing a key role in identifying and securing new customers and developing new markets, thereby increasing Highfield's market share within the short course and compliance sectors.
