Dealing with Non-compliance

  • Trainers and Training Centres that do not meet the requirements listed in the Food Control Department PIC Rules and Regulations will be stopped from providing training without prior notice.
  • In the case of poor delivery of trainings, the approval of the trainer will be suspended until the trainer is able to demonstrate full competency.
  • Awarding Bodies and the Food Control Department shall stop immediately the trainings that are conducted in unsuitable training rooms.
