The Highfield Level 2 Diploma (RQF) (Concierge and Guest Services Pathway) has been developed by our team of subject matter experts to support learners completing the Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard and can be used to assess their readiness for end-point assessment. It covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard, though it can also be taken as a standalone qualification.
