Who is this qualification for?
This qualification has been developed to support learners completing the Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship standard and can be used to assess readiness for End Point Assessment. It covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard.
The qualification provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills in the Customer Service Specialist role such as:
- Business knowledge and understanding
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Ownership/responsibility
How long will it take me to achieve this qualification?
The qualification is 250 Guided Learning Hours and the Total Qualification Time is 420 hours.
