Office Manager
Helen relocated to the international office in 2013 after spending 12 years at our office in the UK. She has overall responsibility for the management of the office, in the absence of the chairman.

International Qualification and Quality Assurance Manager
Aisha is responsible for developing our suite of international qualifications, from initial research through to signing off the assessment criteria and ensuring learning outcomes are met.

Senior International Development Manager
Ed is responsible for developing new business opportunities with government and semi-government organisations, schools, colleges, corporate and local businesses.
Rodolfo Madrid
Special Projects Manager
Rodolfo is the special projects manager for Highfield International. He organises, leads and helps in the execution of projects that may fall outside the scope of his regular duties.
Roshna Raj
Senior Centre Manager
Roshna joined the Highfield team in September 2010. Initially she was more involved with the centre and trainer approvals by ensuring that the policies and procedures submitted were in compliance.

Mitzi is a centre manager within the international team. She is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day business needs of all her centres are met.
